I have a brain injury so Im very hard to deal with and she was so patient and kind and understanding and she just treated me wonderful and she helped me out wonderful I went from crying and wishing I could die to things are fine shes great. When I signed up for a monthly Fixed Rate I thought it was for KWH. It ended up not being. Should have read the fine fine print better next time!!!

I called Med Ed at 07:30 in the morning for intermittent power. Five hours later they were finished. Thank You to the men who came out on a Saturday.

Dylan came out to check our gas range for safety after a flame went out but gas continued to come out, leaving the house smelling like gas. He was extremely thorough, checked every item attached to the gas line in the house, the outside meter, tightened the line behind the stove, and walked around the entire house checking for fumes. He answered questions I had about gas ranges and really put my mind at ease. On top of that he was extremely patient and nice to my chatty 5 year old daughter. Thank you!!!
