I didnt realize a contract I have with my current supplier wasnt up and they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and John said that APG would send me a reimbursement check to keep me with my new contract with APG. So, I did as he said and sent the email. We will see. I am however, concerned about what will happen after the month introductory rate expires. Im not sure if this company will be competitive prices.

Im only writing the review to shoutout the customer service representative that helped me in that department. The companies rates department is absolutely rude. I called to cancel and the agent couldnt sell me on a renewal and got upset and hung up the phone in a rude manner. Absolutely disgusting the attitude that was displayed over the phone. They gave me no confirmation number or any indication that the cancellation process has started. I called back and spoke to a WONDERFUL agent named Daniele G. Not only was she astonishingly pleasant to work with, she addressed my cancellation inquiry without hesitation and with a positive attitude. If you are in management please treat this employee as if they are a good star in the classroom. She deserves to be the example of customer care at this company and deserves more additions to her paycheck. I would even leave a tip if I could. Other than that, the intro rate was good. I would do it again in the future.

Excellent Service - Gas line check
Dylan came out to check our gas range for safety after a flame went out but gas continued to come out, leaving the house smelling like gas. He was extremely thorough, checked every item attached to the gas line in the house, the outside meter, tightened the line behind the stove, and walked around the entire house checking for fumes. He answered questions I had about gas ranges and really put my mind at ease. On top of that he was extremely patient and nice to my chatty 5 year old daughter. Thank you!!!
