Im only writing the review to shoutout the customer service representative that helped me in that department. The companies rates department is absolutely rude. I called to cancel and the agent couldnt sell me on a renewal and got upset and hung up the phone in a rude manner. Absolutely disgusting the attitude that was displayed over the phone. They gave me no confirmation number or any indication that the cancellation process has started. I called back and spoke to a WONDERFUL agent named Daniele G. Not only was she astonishingly pleasant to work with, she addressed my cancellation inquiry without hesitation and with a positive attitude. If you are in management please treat this employee as if they are a good star in the classroom. She deserves to be the example of customer care at this company and deserves more additions to her paycheck. I would even leave a tip if I could. Other than that, the intro rate was good. I would do it again in the future.

Called for information, still on hold 35 minutes later.

Dylan came out to check our gas range for safety after a flame went out but gas continued to come out, leaving the house smelling like gas. He was extremely thorough, checked every item attached to the gas line in the house, the outside meter, tightened the line behind the stove, and walked around the entire house checking for fumes. He answered questions I had about gas ranges and really put my mind at ease. On top of that he was extremely patient and nice to my chatty 5 year old daughter. Thank you!!!

I called yesterday to start service on a house that I inherited recently. I had the pleasure of speaking with joy. I think they said she was from the legacy department, but she turned on my power and I must say you guys have a star on your hand, Joy was the nicest and coolest person I ever talk to. She told me everything I needed to know. Literally turned my power on somehow over the computer thank you joy God bless you. Tell her the funny Middle Eastern guy, and she will definitely remember me.

After two frustrating days of no power or heat, PECO sent two gentlemen to my house at noon today - March 18, 2026 - to find and fix the problem. These two gentlemen were as friendly, courteous, and professional as could be. They do not have easy jobs, climbing poles, dealing with the elements, and working with live wires. Whoever these two gentlemen were, I thank you, I commend you, and I hope that the powers-that-be see this review and recognize you for a job well-done. Thank you.
