“  Spent 3 hours on hold getting transferred from one agent to another and then back to the start just to provide the same information about my account and get no further clarity on why I'm being charged extra. Finally got someone who could look at my account only to be told that the letter I received contained incorrect information and there was no way to waive the extra charges so I wasted all my time. ”
