Ultimately, my total costs would amount to $104.41 for the illuminating company and $195.28 for NOPEC Energy Services. Id appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to resolve these issues. Thank you! ”

“  I can't reach anyone during a break in my work hours because hold times are 1-3 hours long. This has been a frustrating experience. When I speak with representatives the issue is still not resolved after multiple, excruciating attempts. Was last told it looks like my order was "stuck in work flow" and can take up to 30 days to resolve. That was over two months ago. ”
