“  I CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH AMERICAN POWER & GAS OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND THEY DID NOT STOP PROVIDING SERVICE. THEY ARE CHARGING ME AN EXORBITANT RATE WHEN I CANCELLED THEM OVER ONE MONTH AGO. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. ”

“  Took 5 min to sign up for surge protection Spent 2 hours on phone trying to cancel. No luck med ed claim this is a 3rd party. No control am stuck paying for an unwanted service. ”

“  My bill jumped from $4mcf to $14mcf without warning. On their website you can sign up for a plan that is $5per mcf at this moment but they are charging customers almost triple that amount ”

“  The monthly rate may be a cent cheaper or possibly more expensive then your electric company but they make much much more then that back when they scam you for the next 2-3 billing cycles after you tell them you would like to end your contract on the date it is supposed to end. They basically just never cancel your contract, charge you double what your electric company charges per kwh then you have to have your electric company remove them from your bill. ”
