Jennifer was extremely helpful with my issue. It was part of a honey do list & I was flopping like a fish out of water. She was patient. Calm & helped even though I didn't have my account #.

I called trying to help a friend and Ms Roslynn was so helpful, patient, and kind along with being an expert at her job. She totally took care of me and my friend. She is a fantastic representative for UGI.

So far, so good. My first bill from them I saved $35.

Im only writing the review to shoutout the customer service representative that helped me in that department. The companies rates department is absolutely rude. I called to cancel and the agent couldnt sell me on a renewal and got upset and hung up the phone in a rude manner. Absolutely disgusting the attitude that was displayed over the phone. They gave me no confirmation number or any indication that the cancellation process has started. I called back and spoke to a WONDERFUL agent named Daniele G. Not only was she astonishingly pleasant to work with, she addressed my cancellation inquiry without hesitation and with a positive attitude. If you are in management please treat this employee as if they are a good star in the classroom. She deserves to be the example of customer care at this company and deserves more additions to her paycheck. I would even leave a tip if I could. Other than that, the intro rate was good. I would do it again in the future.

I wrote May 31, 2025 with frustration regarding my bill following my introductory pricing expiration. Today, 6/2/25 I placed a call to cancel service. After reading other reviews here I was expecting the worse but the service I received was exceptional. The associate I worked with, Angel x7308, was very attentive to my concerns. He was kind, patient, understanding and informative. He explained options and proceeded as I requested with nothing short of the upmost kindness.

Called for information, still on hold 35 minutes later.
