Only reason for changing providers was that after attractive price under introductory period expired, price went way up. So I switched to a lower cost option.

I didnt realize a contract I have with my current supplier wasnt up and they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and John said that APG would send me a reimbursement check to keep me with my new contract with APG. So, I did as he said and sent the email. We will see. I am however, concerned about what will happen after the month introductory rate expires. Im not sure if this company will be competitive prices.
