I have Entrust for over 5 months now. A pretty good experience so far, and they don't have all types of fees I was seeing on my previous bill.

I will never switch!

Signed up 11 months ago and ready to sign a new contract. I used the autopay with credit card, so never had an issue with billing. I got my statement in the mail and knew it would autopay on my credit card.. seemless. Unfortunately, they are not as cheap as some, so I'm looking for cheaper electricity. I've been happy with them, just not the cheapest right now.

I am new to Bounce Energy and so far, I love it! Great customer service, no problems with billing or payments, and awesome rewards! I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, but I have been very happy with them!

I was really happy with my 12 month fixed rate when I signed up. I found their balanced billing right on, easy payment through website and customer service exceptional. Now it is time for me to renew, expires 12/9/13 and I cannot find a plan on their website that compares to what I currently have. The only thing close would be the 8 month, but it is still higher and it will expire in the midst of the summer heat in TX. Not going to take those chances, so I will be looking to switch to another company. Up until now, I have recommended them to all of my friends, but not so sure, since the renewal prices are so much higher than a year ago.

I liked Gexa and would have stayed with them except their rates went up at the end of my contract. I called to see if they had a special rate for old customers and they did not. Two days after I signed up with another company a representative from Gexa called with a better rate. I had already signed up with another company. Gexa needs to value their current customers with lower competitive rates.

I ordered online and did not deal with a rep initially. So no major issues though everything was online including my billing statement which I really didn't like

I feel that the staff offer great customer service. They are always friendly and available to answer questions.

I signed up with them through a salesman who came by my house as I had had enough of the previous provider. Although he was quite thorough in explaining the services and charges, he did forget to mention some terms and conditions which weren't mentioned on the contract. It would have been better if they were transparent about their policies regarding cancellation and renewal. However, I'm satisfied with their pricing and have no complains about it.

Like I was saying. Bounce Energy is just "okay". Like don't get me wrong they're not all that bad, but they aren't all that great either. Everything is well until your plan is up. I had a 12 month plan and didn't notate when my plan was up and when the year went by I received no email or call no NOTHIN! I found out my plan was up with a $180 bill!!! I live by myself!! It is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Apparently they put me on a month to month plan without informing me. I called as soon as I realized what had happened and they did grant me a decent discount and updated my plan for me. The agent was courteous and understanding although I didn't get refunded the price different of what I had been paying for the past 3 months or so at the month to month rate.

Bottom Line, if you are GREAT, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, at keeping track of your plans then go for it. But if you can avoid getting Bounce for any reason, go with someone else! I changed my plan to 6 months just to give them another shot, but I did it mainly out of convenience. There are better providers out there. And bounce is simply alright. OH, and their website is awful! Sometimes you can't even login and I rely a lot on paying my bill online, tough luck!
Having said that, if you choose to go with bounce because of prices, then go with it, just be careful. Because ultimately you do what you gotta do regardless of service.

In my experience, 99% of these companies are the same. All have their share of negative/positive/neutral reviews. Infinite Energy has been absolutely fine for us. No complaints. No billing surprises. No surprises in general. My opinion - I don't have an qualm about recommending Infinite Energy because it has the best rate and is reputable.

I've been a customer of Infinite Energy for 6 months now. I like that I haven't had an issue in that time and hope to continue to have a positive experience with them. I really like their mobile app so I can stay on top of things wherever I am but especially on vacation or whatnot. I don't trust autopay so I choose to manually pay the bill through their app. It is my experience that it is a modernized company. Here's to continued good fortune with these guys.

I have been using this company since 2014 and I really haven't had a complaint about their service. I have gotten a lot of different rewards and their customer service is great. They usually answer their phones pretty quickly and they don't try to "Bounce" you around.

The price plans were pretty good, but I would have liked more customer service help. I had some difficulty figuring everything out and it would have been nice to speak to someone.

My experience was just okay the prices struck me as a bit too high and the plans were confusing, but the people were helpful in untangling the policies.

I switched electric companies every 6 months to a year until I switched to Bounce 2 years ago. I just renewed today for another year. I'm not sure if I will ever switch companies again... and that is a relief! Their customer service is great although I have not had to call them for much over the last two years. They offered me a 'beat the competitor's discount' to keep me as a customer as well as a bill credit. When you see other much lower rates - make sure you read the fine print as there is usually a catch. I have not had any problems with Bounce Energy over the last two years and highly recommend them! What other company out there offers a rewards program that pays YOU back??? None that I've found. Good luck with your search, but if I were you I'd stop here!

Utility companies and other assorted connections tend to be made more complicated than they have to be. Nation Grid was clear, patient and gave me all the time I needed, rather than adding another source of stress to moving in. The experience with tham has been simple, without hassle, and I certainly wish all utility companies were more like national grid.

This Electric company, 4Change Energy is the best Company we have used! They have saved us a lot of money over the four years we've been with them! I highly recommend them!

Firstly, most people on here are saying that Stream disconnects power. NO, your primary provider that you've always had disconnects it when you don't pay. Secondly, stay in a FIXED RATE every time they remind you with an e-mail, call and send a letter in the mail that the fixed rate contract is up next month. If you understood how ANY electric company worked, you wouldn't blame it on the one that provides possibly the most consistent cheap rates in America. If you're in a variable rate, choose a fixed rate now, you're not in contract if you're in variable because of the energy market.
My advice to everyone complaining, yes, customer service takes a while because people apparently don't understand how any electric company works in America and this is one of the largest ones for a good reason. ALWAYS CHOOSE FIXED RATE every single year to prevent inflation of the energy market affecting your area. Learn that your power lines, poles and original electric company dictates your service, power outages and when someone approaches you to help you with this, ask their help also if you don't understand energy deregulation.
You'd be surprised what you'd learn if you take the time to actually understand your own utilities. Stream has been great to me, it's been 49% cheaper than my original provider on certain months and cut my grandmother's bill from $301 to $151 on a January month. Most issues I see on here is ignorance which leads to anger which leads to misinformation. Being one of the largest electric providers in America, I can understand the wait time to speak to someone, that's just common sense. Most complaints seem to be not understanding how all electric companies work. Hopefully this puts insight into people who just don't get it. Many other alternative electric companies like to offer a price that seems good but it lasts 3-6 months and then bam it's way higher than the monopoly electric company you started with. Stream I trust in for its track record, growth, donations and the other services they're pushing out to stick it to the man in monopolization. Know your facts, people, do some research. Sorry you had issues but, again, to me... it's common sense that when you don't pay your bill, your original electric company shuts off your power, not the cheaper energy generator. If you choose a variable rate, it can spike just like how original monopoly electric company already does so keep yourself LOCKED IN A FIXED RATE. I have nothing bad to say, seems like a trend for those who may not understand what I learned. I've seen a company charge 16 cents a kWh and another 24 cents a kWh. Stream does not do this, never has and never will. My entire extended family has been quite happy learning this process and understanding the best tactics in the business. I'll be with Stream for life because they not only care about their customers over money, but they also donate to every single natural disaster that has taken place since their inception in 2005. Matching dollar for dollar for donations up to $25,000 to the American Red Cross for Superstorm Sandy and Hurricane Harvey just the same. That's the opposite of corruption in my opinion. To each their own but I advise learning how all electric companies work before saying it's a particular company. I also understand this company pays individuals for helping people, that I do admire.

The devil you know is better than the devil you haven't met. I am very pleased with the rate Met Ed charges and when I compare it to the other plans available it is still one of the lowest one out there. The others give you a rate that draws you in but after the trial period it will likely go up! I have never changed and it is unlikely that I will change as long as Met Ed remains competitive.

We have been a customer of Park Power for about three years. I have had the great luck to speak with Tina when I have had to reach out to you. Tina is the rep who originally called me to explain why it would be a good idea for us to switch to Park Power. The company that we were using at the time, would not or could not offer us a better rate at the end of our contract.

Well, we did make the switch and have stayed with Park Power since. The rates are great, but the main reason that we stay is the awesome and personal service that we receive from Tina. Though she is very knowledgeable regarding your products and services, it is her warmth and personal touch that keep us coming back.

In this crazy, hands-off society that we live in, you are very lucky to have Tina on board at Park Power.

I love the Power to Go program as it helps me to proactively manage my energy consumption. The per KwH rate is competitive with post-pay plans & I get notifications each day, telling me how many KwH used as well as the cost. That way I can easily determine what my "energy vampires" are and kill them! Plus, no surprise bills at the end of the month! If you don't want daily texts you can get email - or both - and you can adjust how frequently they come. I definitely recommend Direct Energy Power to Go to anyone who wants to have the most control possible over their electricity consumption.

After searching on the internet for my new electric provider I came across Startex power decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did so, I have been with them going on 3 months now and am happy to say I am a very satisfied customer. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath home my bills have been anywhere from 90 to 120 a month. At first I thought this was some sort of mistake on their behalf but that was not the case. With my previous provider I was paying around 280 a month that was a 2 bed 2 bath. I would highly recomend anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price to Startex!

I've only had one problem early on with an automatic payment, otherwise StarTex is outstanding in its competition, pricing, and customer service. We are very impressed and are loyal customers!!

Have not had major issues, prices were ok but made mistake of accepting 3 year plan. Bad timing on my part I guess since rate at time I initiated plan was 13.6/kwh. Nothing I could with a $300+ cancellation fee once rates dropped significantly. Not worth cancelling and changing. Will look at other companies to try to improve rate for a while and make up some of what I have lost with this higher rate I got stuck with. Not afraid to switch and may even consider staying if rate is reasonalbe on month to month but it doesn't look like they are beating others or even close even on 3 or 6 month plans Startex appears too high compared to others. Customer service ok and have not had problems on a few occasions when late over the last 2 years.

Signed up today! Rep was very helpful! even gave me a promo code to save 10 dollars on next bill! Locked in a rate of 9.4 KWH for 9 months.The rep was very clear about the fees, which are close to none! Will continue to use this provider! Thanks Startex!

The benefits of choice are clear when you work with StarTex Power. I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away. But from start to finish, and at every point in between, StarTex went above and beyond to deliver competitive prices and excellent customer service. I was most impressed when a VP picked up to answer a billing question. You just don't find that service elsewhere. I miss having the option to choose a power company. But if I ever make it back to Texas, StarTex is the choice for me!

My contract with StarTex is about up and I have been searching for a cheaper provider. However, after reading the reviews for these companies I realize that the bargains come at a cost, customer service and reliability, both of which I have found to be excellent with StarTex. StarTex's prices are about average, but at least I know I won't have any battles with these folks!

I was on a rate plan until this July and was very happy. I did not enter another because I knew I would be buying a home and was worried about breaking a contract. Even though I have been going month to month my bill has been good. Unfortunately I am forced to shop for another company because the new rate plans are very high. I have not had any issues, I love that I can go online and pay, and my bills were decent. They no longer offer any rate plans that are priced decent. I did try to call customer service to see if I could get a lower rate as a loyal customer but no luck.....so I will shop and read reviews until I find another company

Very easy to get started with, we lived in an apartment for 2 years where electricity was provided. They switched us over promply (we bought a home)and there was no deposit required. I like the option for signing a 6 mo. contract at very competitive rates.

I've lived in Texas for almost three years now, and am still in shock over how low my electricity bill is. At first, I had inadvertently signed up for an adjustable rate, (Clueless because in Florida, you do NOT have a choice where power is concerned; on rate, or company.)and when I realized this, all it took was one phone call to get it fixed, at a great rate. No hassle, whatsoever.
I've never had any problem at all with the actual service either. The power has gone off a couple of times with weather, or whatever, but it was always right back on in no time.
A friend, whose house is smaller than mine, was paying more than three times as much as I do for power. She didn't believe me. I literally had to show her my bill. She's a StarTex Power customer too, now! (Smart meter my foot.)
I will absolutely refer people to StarTex Power whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I like the customer service that I receive from this provider. I have had two other companies and this is a step above them. Not much that you can say about utility companies, except how much they drain your wallet. But StarTex gives you ease of payment options (no service charges for Visa/MC) and great customer service.

Current customer for one year and now up for renewal. Their rates are still competative after a year and have had no issues in the past year. I will renew with StarTex - why change a good thing?

I have been with TriEagle for 5 years. They are a good company which charges reasonable prices and provides meaningful information. However, their customer service is sorely lacking. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to reach them, and frequently when you do the agents are not terribly knowledgeable. It can be very frustrating to deal with them. Fortunately one doesn't need to confer with an electricity provider that often, but when one does it is usually important. So I am reluctantly leaving them, at least for the moment.

The setup was fast and seamless. They have really reasonable rates for prepaid plans. There is no contract or deposit. Love the free nights being that that is when. I am home the most. Would recommend to anyone that wants to save money

I had somebody come over and talked me into getting Vista Energy. Their reps turned out to be really good so I made the change. They said they were gonna help me out. They provide good service. Its just that I needed to get my bill so that I can pay it. I havent received the bill. They told me I was paying way too much and they could do better for me.

I did everything online with Vista Energy and it was very easy. The quality of service that they offer is fine.

Vista Energy has made my PPL bill on my apartment a lot cheaper. My mom had been wanting to do it for a little while to help out with my electric bill. And when I got with them the first time, it was really nice. The service and their prices are good. Its worth signing up for and if it saves money for me, it will probably save money for others too.

Vista Energy Marketing is the same as my past provider and they are both good, but Vista had a good price. I did things online and it was a good site. Vista also provides a good service.

I found Vista Energy online when I looked up competitive prices for electric through Pennsylvania. They were the lowest fixed rate that I could find, and the enrollment process went pretty smoothly. I have not checked when prices went into effect, but I got a couple of things in the mail from them that checked out fine. Overall, being with them has gone smoothly.

My previous energy provider jacked up their rates significantly and it didnt make any sense to continue with them. Using the PA Power Switch application, I've learned about Vista. Signing up with them was quick and the switch to their service worked out well. They look good and they had the best deal for going forward so I took them for a year.

We came across Vista when we googled Pennsylvania electric suppliers and we signed up with them because of the cost. We filled out a form online and it was fairly easy. All our interactions were through email and then snail mail. They also gave us numbers to call and theyve been receptive.

Vista Energy is definitely cheaper than the company I used before. The price was the reason I switched. To get enrolled, I clicked two buttons and that was that. They should not change a thing because it was easy.

I change providers every so often and it was price that made me use Vista Energy. I signed up using the market place Pennsylvania has for shopping for electricity. That was fine and the service was better at least at the start.

I was paying .012 cents per kilowatt now with Stream Im at .0549. A locked rate that wont go up. Ive renewd my contract for the past 4 years with Stream and have never been happier. The associate I signed up with is awesome and always there to help. Highly recommend

This was easy to do - and hopefully a great value

Rates are adjusted QUARTERLY to undercut the distributor and that is why our plans are 3 months long. March, June, September, and December are the months to call and check in. A good rep will explain that to you multiple times before the end of the signup, but if they did not it is also in writing on the email confirmation, cancellation form, and welcome letter you will receive. What some folks fail to understand is that we cannot possibly remember every face nor force people to pick up the phone or stop in for the 3 minutes it takes to renew your account and always make sure youre saving a few bucks. YOU MUST EITHER CALL TO RENEW OR TO CANCEL TO AVOID THE VARIABLE RATES. I try my absolute best to inform people to the best of my abilities but I can't speak on anyone else's behalf. I wish things were a little clearer and that folks were trained better, but unfortunately that is over my head and I did feel compelled to write this to clarify that it is the customer's responsibility to maintain their account. We have hundreds of thousands of customers, reminder emails get lost and we cannot possibly remember every face, so please put your dates on your calendars.

We are a good company that does a ton of charity work, employ thousands of Americans, and are working on better technology to generate cleaner energy for our future generations.

I did a live chat to check on rates to renew my plan and was very pleased with the service I received. Assisted me with a great rate. I did not want to switch plans because of the reliability and assistance I have always received.

Not sure what the rest of the reviews are about. I've spoken with Samantha for a few months now regarding a few issues with my agreement. Another company had called, said they were Choice, not true. So my plan with the actual Choice Energy was canceled. Samantha call to make sure I was aware, and spoke with me about ways to avoid that.
The rate isn't the lowest, but they went the extra mile with me on several occasions in the 6months

I was looking at several listings till I found Tomorrow Energy. It was an easy path to changing from my former company to Tomorrow Energy. A great choice for price and ordering.

I Received my renewal notice, and compared prices, only to find Direct energy was more than some others for the same one year, no fee,no cancellation charge,plan. Based on that I checked with them and found that was the best they could do, but I was offered a $100.00 gift card, which made up the difference. That sweetener, sealed the deal, for me.

Switching to National Gas & Electric was a super easy process. I was switched over to my new lower rate within days and all it took was a quick phone call. They have the best rates I could find.

Electric bills were getting out of hand so after doing a bit of online searching I decided this electric provider was worth a shot. Couldnt be happier! Bill went down significantly and it all was quick and easy.

I have used other suppliers in the past and none have compared to what Ambit has done for me. I have a low fixed rate with no fees, contracts, or other hidden agendas. But the best part is the Free Energy check that I get in the mail every month to pay my supply bill. This company has the BEST pay it forward referral program I've ever seen. I helped my friends save and now Ambit sends me a monthly check! I wont ever go with anyone else!

I don't like all these company's calling me and wanting me to take there electric. As of now I am paying for 3 bills plus Met-Ed. All I want is one company. My bill went from $50.00 to $93.00 , what is going on with this.

My sales call was a bit fast and I did have multiple calls, but I am not sure what people are complaining about.. I have had several companies with variable rates, and they are all the same, the rate you were offered the first month and then the rate goes up to a retail rate. I called the customer service, who answered my call immediately, transferred me to a specialist who offered several different products and gave me a direct number to call in the future, if I ever needed any help, they were honest and treated me very respectfully. Other companies have outright lied to me. I love that my energy is clean, I get a small annual rebate, and anytime I find my rates are not competative, I call and it is immediately resolved. No large cancellation fees and I really like my direct agent. I will not be leaving this company anytime soon. Maybe some of these reviews are completed by aggressive sales people, who in fact emailed me this link in hopes to get me to leave American Power and Gas, but instead I felt compelled to write this comment.
