Had to jump through hoops to finally not get an error trying to enroll. Never did get a confirmation that I am enrolled at new rate.

Charles did an excellent job making the entire process easy and followed up as promised!

It was very easy to talk to the customer rep, and they took care of what I needed

It should not take MANY phone calls to get through to talk to someone, but that's what happened to me. Having Energy Harbor appear on the phone display when the call comes in finally would be a big help.

Everything thing went well except I did not get any confirmation when my enrollment would begin
