FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. ”

“  Took 5 min to sign up for surge protection Spent 2 hours on phone trying to cancel. No luck med ed claim this is a 3rd party. No control am stuck paying for an unwanted service. ”

“  My bill jumped from $4mcf to $14mcf without warning. On their website you can sign up for a plan that is $5per mcf at this moment but they are charging customers almost triple that amount ”

“  They dont tell you everything and youll end up having issues with billing I signed up and canceled right after not even a week apart and received two bills robbery I would definitely not recommend and will definitely pass along my reviews on media not to join! ”
