    Rip off

    WGL came in at a lower than first energy and now Im paying 3 cents per KWH higher than first energy in Pennsylvania. I transferred back to first energy and now theyre hitting me up with a $90 cancellation charge that they never told me about on the phone. My recommendation is to stick with your local utility provider and stay away from companies like WGL that has hidden penalties so they can take more money from you.
