Dylan came out to check our gas range for safety after a flame went out but gas continued to come out, leaving the house smelling like gas. He was extremely thorough, checked every item attached to the gas line in the house, the outside meter, tightened the line behind the stove, and walked around the entire house checking for fumes. He answered questions I had about gas ranges and really put my mind at ease. On top of that he was extremely patient and nice to my chatty 5 year old daughter. Thank you!!!

I called yesterday to start service on a house that I inherited recently. I had the pleasure of speaking with joy. I think they said she was from the legacy department, but she turned on my power and I must say you guys have a star on your hand, Joy was the nicest and coolest person I ever talk to.
