An Earlier Problem Corrected
“ I had signed up to get my electricity and natural gas supplies from CleanSky Energy for two properties four months ago. Somehow only the electricity accounts had been set up and nothing had been done for the gas accounts. Today, Jennifer, a supervising customer care staff member at CleanSky Energy, corrected the problem with the gas accounts and enrolled me for both properties. She will also arrange for me to get reimbursed for the extra money I have been paying to Washington Gas as a result of the earlier enrollment problem and a higher rate being used in my gas bills. Jennifer has assured me that she will personally monitor the situation to make sure today's enrollments go through and I will get reimbursed after I submit my gas bills so that they can compute how much should be credited back to my account. I am pleased with the service I received from Jennifer and her professionalism. ”
