Customer service was no help and promised a call back from supervisors that never came. I would not recommend this company to anyone ”

“  I went to Walmart and was approached by a gentlemen stating I could save on my energy bill. I signed up only to get my bill and theres a third party supplier on there asking for $234.00 on top of my regular bill. My PSEG bill is high enough so add that on top. This is not what the gentleman promised. Dont sign up with them you will be double or in my case triple billed. ”

“  They promised lower rates and now my rates have tripled. They also promised a $100 rebate which I never received, despite calling them dozens of times. They are nothing but scammers ”

Call, willing to sign up again, but asked for my some of my $1200 in excessive fees back and their answer was I'm sorry. Yes you are! ”

“  Call company to switch to provider at the end of November of last year, they made the change in the middle of January this year and then tried to charge me $400 for a month worth of gas service. Absolutely horrible predatorial company. ”
