“ Been trying to get the gas on in new apartment. Keep calling never get set time. They are more then happy to leave a house without gas that has kids in it as young as 2 mouths. Don't work with other companies in the area to be able to have the gas turned on. You think both companies work together on this issue yet they don't. ”

“ I worked for these guys for a while. Stay far away. If youre really desperate for a cheaper utility bill, then just go on papowerswitch.com and sign up for the cheapest *fixed* rate (which is never igs). Its very hard to cancel with igs without having to pay a fee or a higher utility rate. ”

“ they gave us a comparable rate for a few months, then when it was time to renew they TRIPLED the rates. we got a bill that was several hundred dollars higher than what it would be with ppl. no way should this be allowed to happen the rates should not price gouge the customer if they dont switch and hop off month to month. THIS IS A JOKE ”

“ the problem: its impossible to cancel. i spent the better part of 2 days calling them. The first call i got right through to a person and she transferred me to their cancellations department. I waited on hold for 4 hours.. My phone died and i tried again. 4 more hours and it hung up on me.

I called in fuming and they said there isnt anything they can do that i just ahve to wait

who can handle waiting more than 4 hours? i have a life and work and cant afford to take days off work to cancelt his service which is about t o triple my rate and charge me a monthly fee of 9.95

people do not make the mistake of switching to this company, please choose someone else or go straight through PPL
the penny you save isnt worth it in the end

and you wont save they will jack prices up and kill you in a few months. ”
